Customer Service - Returns & Exchanges
***We will be accepting returns/exchanges beginning Thursday, July 1st. If your purchase is between March 15, 2020 and June 30, 2021, you will have until September 1st to return/exchange, as long as it meets the following policy
Color: Every effort is made to present yarn colors as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor will accurately show the product colors as computer monitors render color differently. When in doubt, consult your local IT support specialist for monitor balancing and color correction.
Variations may also occur as yarn is dyed in lots and each lot is different. Often with hand-dyed yarn, there is variety within the batches. We will try the best we can to send you the closest matching skeins. If we have any question about your order we will contact you.
New or unused yarn in its original condition (unwound, no smoke or pet exposure) may be exchanged for store credit within 60 days of purchase. There are no returns on clearance items, patterns, books, magazines, needles/hooks, sale items, accessories, trunk show purchases, yarns that have been wound, used/opened merchandise, special orders and discounted items. We are strict about this policy to protect authors' copyrights and ensure everyone receives brand new products. Once we receive your return, we will notify you of your store credit, minus original shipping costs. (Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.)
If returning damaged merchandise, we will happily reimburse any shipping costs incurred. We will also send replacement merchandise at no additional cost. For our records, please include a detailed description of the damage with your return.
Merchandise returned for exchange or replacement to nitroknitters.com must be accompanied by:
- Copy of customer receipt
- Customer's email address
- Customer's phone number
- Customer's shipping address
A store credit will be issued when your return is received. Shipping charges are not refundable.
ALL RETURN SHIPMENTS MUST BE INSURED FOR THE FULL VALUE OF THE CONTENTS. IF THE SHIPMENT GETS LOST, NO REFUND WILL BE POSSIBLE.
