Customer Service - Returns & Exchanges
Color: Every effort is made to present yarn colors as accurately as possible. We use a color corrected software and use color balanced screens when photographing yarn for the website. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor will accurately show the product colors as computer monitors render color differently. When in doubt, consult your local IT support specialist for monitor balancing and color correction.
Variations may also occur as yarn is dyed in lots and each lot is different. Often with hand-dyed yarn, there is variety within the batches. We will try the best we can to send you the closest matching skeins.
New or unused yarn in its original condition (unwound, no smoke or pet exposure) may be exchanged for store credit within 60 days of purchase. Patterns, books, needles, sale items, accessories and yarns that have been wound may not be returned. Special orders and discounted items may not be returned. When exchanging yarn, the customer must pay for all shipping costs associated with the exchange and will receive notice of their credit with NitroKnitters.com via e-mail.
If returning damaged merchandise, we will happily reimburse any shipping costs incurred. We will also send replacement merchandise at no additional cost. For our records, please include a detailed description of the damage with your return.
Merchandise returned for exchange or replacement to nitroknitters.com must be accompanied by:
- Copy of customer receipt
- Customer's email address
- Customer's phone number
- Customer's shipping address
A store credit will be issued when your return is received. Shipping charges are not refundable.
ALL RETURN SHIPMENTS MUST BE INSURED FOR THE FULL VALUE OF THE CONTENTS. IF THE SHIPMENT GETS LOST, NO REFUND WILL BE POSSIBLE.
