4/27 - French Market Tote, Monday 4/27 and 5/11, 1-3pm
Instructor: Kate Pugh
With the “Sustainable Shopping Initiative” that took effect at the beginning of the year for Oregon, I am now always on the lookout for great reusable bags that are not only durable but cute too! The first class will focus on the treble (also called “triple”) crochet mesh for the body of the bag. The second class will focus on bringing it all together to work the top and handles.
Skill Level: Advanced Beginner (this pattern uses single, half double, and treble crochets as well as decreases)
Materials you will need to bring:
- Copy of the Pattern available for free through Ravelry
- 3 skeins of Cascade Nifty Cotton (or 558 yards of Worsted yarn)
- Crochet hook size 4mm (US G)
- Locking stitch markers
- Homework: None!

We understand that life gets crazy sometimes and you will occasionally miss a knitting class. Unfortunately, due to limited seating, classes cannot be made up or credited towards a future class.
